I spent the last summer interning at ELLE magazine, and I had the most amazing time ever! I met really great people and had fantastic new experiences! Probably the most exciting new experience I had was being featured in the magazine trying out a new trend for Fall/Winter...Sequins!
It was a fantastic opportunity! And it resulted in some really amazing pictures!
These pictures are of one of my favorite outfits from that day.
I am so thankful to everyone at ELLE for such an amazing couple months! I had a really great time!
I'll most some of the other outfits in a later post! :)

Christmas Tree Shopping!

Last week we woke up on my day off and it truly felt like winter. It reminded us of how Montreal would feel just before it started snowing. So in the Montreal spirit we decided to go out for an American-inspired lunch and go buy a Christmas tree!

Rule 5: All you need is love, if the Beetles said it, we believe it! :)

My veggie burger..of course.

And finally my boyfriend with our newly bought Christmas tree!! :)

Versace for H&M

On Thursday was the official launch of the Versace for H&M collection. Unfortunately I was at work on Thursday, however I was able to squeeze in some shopping during my lunch break! But by the time I got there all the items I wanted were already sold out, like the black leather dress, and the studded black leather jacket. Out of the clothes that was left, there were very limited sizes available. So I ended up only getting two pieces from the collection, the first being a leather bracelet with gold metal flowers, and the second a silk scarf with a typical Versace print. I do love these two pieces so much! Just wish I could've gotten some of the clothing I wanted as well!
Cant wait for the next H&M designer collaboration! Wonder who it will be this time...

Leopard, Spikes, and Chunky Knits

I must say, one thing I absolutely love about London is that it's November and I can go out with just a sweater on! That was something I definitely couldn't do back in Montreal. But don't get me wrong, I still miss Montreal every day... :(
I can't wait to have some more time off work so I can enjoy London a little more. I still haven't gone to the theater, and there's like a million shows I want to go see! So I must schedule that in for sometime soon!! London is just sooo big! I need some recommendations of where to go, what to see! Any interesting places in mind...? :)

Lunch at Nando's! As much as I like spicy food, I still CANNOT handle their Hot Sauce!

Since the weather is started to get a little colder, I woke up this morning wanting to make a breakfast that would really fit this Fall weather. So I decided to make fresh crepes, with banana slices and honey, and with homemade cinnamon apple sauce. I must say, they were delicious! And my boyfriend definitely wasn't complaining.. :)

I ♥ Fall

Fall is finally here! Fall was always my favorite season back in Montreal. The colors of the leaves, the cooler air, just everything about it! I absolutely love this season and I'm happy to see that Fall in London is also beautiful and colorful!
I found a MAC lipstick I bought a while ago (color: Girl About Town), so I decided to finally try it out! Fairly unusual for me, but I actually really liked it. A nice thing about Fall in London is that I can actually still wear a leather jacket out and not be freezing! Unlike in Montreal! I wore my Pinko jacket I got in Sardinia this summer.

If we had lived here in 1968, John Lennon would've been our neighbor! Pretty cool! :)
